Both the TV price are Rs. 8,999 and Rs. 24,499. The 32 inch TV only support YouTube. If you want Netflix go with 50 inch TV.
The disadvantage of both TVs is Linux OS.

Two Android TVs come with 4K and size of 50 inch and 55 inches. The TV support all the TV apps in the Play store.
