The Flower and Rangoli are random stamps. No chance to get the stamps by using Diwali scanner. Find below tricks and collect your Rangoli stamp.

1. Mobile Recharge and DTH recharge

you have 20% to 30% of chance to get Flower stamp on Recharge your mobile above Rupess 35. DTH recharge have higher chance (50% to 60%) to to Rangoli stamp.
